Happy Friyay!
Today we’re talking fitness. I love to workout and train three times a week with a Crossfit style trainer. My strength and weight training program just does it for me in a way that running, yoga and other workouts have not. Not only has it transformed the way I look but it has does wonders for my stress levels, sleep and mental health.
I was in and out of the gym for several years before I finally decided to invest in a trainer. Between work, kids and life in general, I knew I needed accountability to be consistent. At first, it was hard to justify the cost but realized I can pay for my health now or later. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather spend a little on the front end to take care of my overall health to prevent sickness and disease later in life. So, I encourage you to find a form of fitness that works best for you and stick with it!
With that being said, here’s a list of my favorite go-to fitness apparel and gear you can use at home or at the gym. Now, in the words of Olivia Newton-John, let’s get physical…
